It's best to book your wedding reception at least six months in advance. Especially in the most popular wedding months (April, May, June.) * Reserve Your Date. Pending availability, sign and return the contract along with 50% non-refundable security deposit to secure your date. * Ask about music selection. I have all kinds of music and I want to make sure I play exactly what you want to hear. From Latin, Swing, and Soul to Pop, Rap, Country, Blues, Jazz, and R & B, over 7,500 song titles to choose from. * Personalized Service. No other company in the area can match my customer service and loyalty. I'm always available on the phone or via email. I will meet with you about one month before your reception to plan your event face-to-face. During our meeting we'll select music and talk about how you want your event to flow. This also allows me the opportunity to get to know you in order to personalize your reception for you. I arrive at your reception at least one hour prior to your scheduled start time. If your ceremony lets out early, I'll be ready to go when your first guest arrives. You don't pay for my setup time -- only the time you need.  * Dress To Impress. When I arrive for your reception I'll be dressed nicely. Usually in a tux or nice suit. You don't have to worry about the DJ showing up in wrinkled khakis or a t-shirt. * Personality. I'm not a wallflower. I'll keep your event flowing smoothly. I want your guests to leave your reception saying..."Wow. That was really nice." * Behind The Scenes. While you're visiting with your guests, I'll do some work making sure everyone is in place to handle small details like cutting the cake, or making sure everyone has enough time to fill their glass before the toast. * Since when did DJ's take pictures? As an added "happy" for you I will take some digital pictures during your reception to post in the photo gallery section. The pictures will be posted within a few days of your event. This is a great way for your guests to re-live the reception without having to wait six months for you to invite them over to see the photo album.
